PrivateAI's Biolinks are interactive research objects that enable the creation of high-level data models for biological, chemical & biomedical concepts, and work in parallel to the research publication, supporting its findings.

Biolinks enable rich data visualization of dependencies between elements of research, and translate that intricate web of relationships into true, approachable statements about reality.

Biolinks can be built by establishing factual relationships between pairs of objects. From there, the complexity can grow exponentially: into Biomaps within single research, and into scalable Knowledge Graphs beyond that.

Create new dataset

The input field of the node context menu is shared between different app functions.

Enter a new name and pick "Rename Object" to rename the node you are interacting with,

or, enter a new name and pick "New Relationship" to create a connection to a new node by that name.
